Eucharistic Procession at GOOD SHEPHERD MISSION - JONGKSHA
Annual Eucharistic Procession of Good Shepherd Mission - Jongksha, was held on 17th Feb.19 at Mawlali village. It was the time for all the Faithful of the parish and of the neighbourhood, to join in prayer to adore the Eucharistic-Lord. Rev. Francis Kharpan {Director: SCC, Shillong Archdiocese}, was the MC at the Eucharist. Many Holy Cross confreres, along with Fr. Simon Fernandes {Provincial Superior} joined the celebrations. In the afternoon, a procession was taken out in the by lanes of Mawlali village, singing, chanting and praying, thus adoring the Eucharistic Lord. Neither the cold wind nor the rain could hinder the enthusiasm of the people in lively participating in such spiritual activity. The procession day was preceded by a Triduum Service, wherein people participated in the singing, Eucharist and preaching.
