St. Andre Mission, Silver Jubilee
The Silver Jubilee celebrations of the establishment of St Andre Mission, Bodhjungnagar began with a wonderful cultural program on the October 22, 2016. Honorable Member of Parliament Shri Jitendra Chaudhury was the chief guest and Most Rev Lumen Monteiro, Bishop of Agartala and Shri Johar Debbarma were guests of honour. Fr. Robert Mathias, provincial gave a wonderful jubilee message. Fr. Sarpathil and Fr Isaac, pioneer missionaries were honored. There was a wonderful presentation of a short history of Bodhjungnagar mission.
On the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the establishment of St Andre Mission, Bodhjungnagar, some of the individuals and religious congregations like Bethany, Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians, Missionary of Charity who were instrumental in bringing up the Parish were honored with Souvenirs as a token of gratefulness and appreciation.
