Release of a Khasi Book on Blessed Basile Moreau
On the sidelines of the CSC India Pastoral and JPIC Conference, our Province witnessed a moment of great joy and pride with the release of a new book on Blessed Basile Moreau in the Khasi language. Authored by Fr. Kitbok Khongrymmai, it presents the life, vision, and spiritual legacy of our Founder, making the charism and spirituality of Holy Cross more accessible to the locals in Meghalaya. This publication is also expected to serve as a valuable resource for vocation promotion, offering young people an opportunity to encounter the inspiring story of Blessed Moreau.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Fr. Kitbok Khongrymmai, CSC, for this noteworthy contribution. It is fitting to recall that he has previously rendered remarkable service by publishing Sunday reflections in Khasi for all three liturgical cycles—Years A, B, and C. His ongoing commitment to ministry through writing is deeply appreciated.
