Parish Sabha and Parish Feast organized at St Mary's Parish, Tuikarmaw
St. Mary's Parish, Twikarmaw organized two days Parish Sabha from 4-5 September 2015. There were about 150 participants from the sub-centers of the parish. The resource persons Fr Robert Mathias, CSC, Fr Cyprian SVD, ICU leaders of the diocese, broke the word of God and prayed with the people and transformed the lives of many through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Many of the participants got enlightened and were renewed spiritually.
Today, hundreds of faithful gathered on this solemn occasion of the Parish Feast. About 25 communicants received first communion during the Holy Eucharist. The Eucharist was presided over by Fr Buban Sarkar, the Asst Priest of Depacherra Parish along with him there were 6 other priests con-celebrated the Eucharist. There were 12 religious sisters from three different congregations working under this parish also participated on this occasion. There was Eucharistic procession on the street soon after the Holy Eucharist and then the whole celebrations culminated with special meal. Every one enjoyed to their filled. Our congratulations to the Pastors Fr Abraham C & Fr Alfred, all the sisters and collaborators, for organizing this meaningful celebrations.
