Inauguration of NESNIM 2022
NESNIM (North Eastern Students’ National Integration Movement) is a student-based peace initiative of Holy Cross Educational Foundation to inculcate the values of peace and foster respect and love for one another among the students of North East.
This year NESNIM 2022 was inaugurated by Prof.(Dr) Manik Saha, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tripura on the 30th of September 2022,
We believe that tremendous respect for one another, openness to each others' cultures, and an awareness of the need for peace and harmony can be achieved by bringing together the students from North East for an educative livein experience. It is a movement that started in 2001 as an annual event with 350 students in attendance; today, NESNIM has grown to be a mega-event with about 500 students participating in it enthusiastically from different states of North East India. This year we are focusing on the positive aspects of student’s life and thus help them eliminate harmful energy/addictions. The sessions and activities will be based on harnessing their vibrant energy and potential to enable them to face the future with confidence. The three-day live-in experience will help them to understand and appreciate their potential and that of others. The participants of NESNIM in the past speak highly of the blessings that it has brought to their lives.
